Affirmations reinforce positive change and affect your mind on a subconscious level. You can repeat affirmations depending on what change or mental outcome you would like to achieve at a given moment or in the long term. Affirmations have been used for centuries in form of mantras or prayers. By saying them aloud, you create vibrations that not only affect yourself but also the space and beings around you.

We create the future in our minds by the thoughts we have. We can find ourselves being slaves to our minds rather than being in control of it. When you talk, your subconscious also listens. When we train our minds to become affirmative, we gain more control over how we feel. It's thoughts that trigger emotion and then we act. We have to start from the way we think.


Choose your desired outcome. Do you want to heal yourself? Do you want to be happy? Do you want to free your mind from conditioning? Use affirmations that speak to your desired future outcome.

A great option is to have affirmation cards and carry one or set with you as a reminder to repeat them as many times as you can every day until they become part of your subconscious mind. If you go back to your old patterns, these affirmations will resurface to help you change your thinking pattern to a more positive one.

It's important you do it on daily basis. State your intention as well. Try to feel uplifted emotions as you repeat them. The body remembers and stores emotions on cellular levels
