SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

New Zealand shipping is FREE when you spend over $60, otherwise it is just $5 for the tracked NZ Post which is usually overnight and it may take a few more days.

Australian tracked E-Packet Courier is $20

We are not currently shipping worldwide, unless by special arrangement - please contact us to discuss options.

We aim to ship the same day your order is placed, or the next business day with delivery target 1-2 days Nationwide.  

We use Post NZ nationwide, and you will be emailed a tracking link.


Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
 

We will issue a refund, a partial refund, or replace the product at our cost, where the product is faulty or damaged. Depending on the product, we may ask for you to return the item so we can investigate the issue further.  We do not issue refunds for items ordered incorrectly due to the nature of many of these being 'cosmetic',  please choose carefully.  Where an item has been used, and then a refund requested, we may only offer a partial refund at our discretion.

For a refund or return please email: bloom.awakening.rituals@gmail.com with photos, and return the item to us.  Once your item is received we will issue your refund if we have agreed to do so. We may require photos of damaged or faulty products so please ensure you photograph any issues and do not dispose of the items.



To start a return, you can contact us at bloom.awakening.rituals@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
